Care Instructions
We know you want to keep your pillow looking its very best! In the event that it needs to be cleaned, we recommend that you spot clean with a mild detergent as needed.

How do you spot clean?
Simply wet a cloth with some water and mild detergent (damp, not soaking) and blot or gently rub the spot until it is removed. Don't forget to follow up with a damp cloth with just plain water to remove any leftover detergent. Voila! Good as new.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent pillow, used to be better I purchased this because my wife has one that she’s had for a while and it is still sooo soft and comfortable. I hesitated when i saw that people were saying it was hard and not like it used to be, but then i saw the folks at Berkshire responding that they’ve changed material and that they are much softer now. Well, if i got a new material pillow then it still sucks compared to what it used to be. If i had never felt the old one then i might be happier, but this one compared to the older version just completely disappoints. So my PSA here is: don’t get excited when reading their responses about a new material that makes it softer. It’s still nothing like they used to be!

I purchased this pillow years ago and use it to sleep and cuddle with at night along with using it for under my lower back, neck and under my knees in resting my legs. I seriously cannot sleep without this pillow. It is the most softest pillow ever and even better than any soft teddy bear you've ever purchased in your lifetime. It had a minor tear (my part) so and I mended it up instead of letting it get worse to where I would eventually have to get rid of the pillow itself. This pillow is so durable and has lasted all these years. I literally cannot sleep without it. It has been on trips with us, traveled in the car with us, and has also aided in the recovery to a debilitating neck injury I had from a few years back

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A little disappointed :( I absolutely love the sera soft neck pillow I purchased about 8 years ago. I am still using it to sleep with. My husband loves it too which is why I have been wanting to purchase another one. I have been waiting for awhile to be able to buy it and I finally got the email that they were back in stock. I decided to buy 2 so the kids could even enjoy it. After waiting all that time I was disappointed when I got them because they were hard! This is not the same comfy pillow I had previously bought. The inside is definitely made different than the old version. I do like that the new ones have a zipper so I can wash the cover. The cover is definitely the same as the last. It is very soft and comfortable but that doesn't make up for the stiffer inside fill. I guess only time will tell if this is going to be a great pillow. Right now I'm not so sure.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as soft as previous pillows My husband and I have used these neck roll pillows for years and find them so comfortable and soft. However, we just ordered new neck rolls assuming they were going to be the same as what we had previously purchased but sadly they are not. The inner pillow is much firmer and doesn't mold to your head as much when sleeping. It still has the same plush outer cover though.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from They used to be great I (like many others) loved this neck roll pillow that I got many years ago. I got to the point where my husband and I both needed to buy new ones. We ordered these and they are nothing like they used to be. I don’t understand why they seem to have lost the “recipe” for the old, comfortable, soft version of this pillow. This new one is horrible. Hard as a rock. I’m so sad considering neither my husband or I can sleep without this pillow. I’m seriously contemplating trying to make my own now because what other option do I have.... :(

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Really Disappointed I had the same problem as the person who left the most recent review. I absolutely loved this pillow when I purchased it several years ago. I sleep with it every night and can't without it. However, the fabric was becoming very dingy with the many years of use and I decided to buy a new one. The new one does not have the same feel and left me very disappointed. The outside is super soft, and I love that you can remove the cover to wash, but the stuffing on the inside is much harder than the one that I bought years ago and fell in love with. The old pillow gives me a huge sense of comfort, but the new one leaves me feeling very anxious when I hold it (as odd as that sounds). Needless to say, my new pillow just sits in the corner now and I am still looking for a good replacement of my old pillow.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very uncomfortable I have been sleeping with cervical pillows for 37 years. Unfortunately, this pillow is Rick hard and I am unable to use it. I've tried every night since I have received it, hoping there was a "break-in period," and I would eventually become accustomed to it. However, this has not occurred. I do not know how I should handle this problem. I read the reviews before ordering, and I was under the impression that this issue had been addressed by Berkshire. Apparently, I was misinformed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great pillow until I tried to wash it. Pulling the cover off released all the stuffing, the inner cover was torn letting the stuffing go everywhere.

Are you discontinuing this item, or will you eventually have more colors in stock than just this one?

I can't say for sure what the company has in mind for the neck roll colors, but I have them in pink, light blue and yellow. my whole family loves them :)

I've had mine for more than 10 years and it does not have a removable cover. It needs more than spot cleaning, so was wondering if I could just put it in the washing machine and dryer.

What is the inside of the pillow made out of?

As far as I can tell it is 100% polyester (reading the labels). For me the firmness is perfect and so far seems very resilient. I love mine!!! Hope this helps answer your question :)

I bought a pillow here awhile ago it Was this kind of pillow but it was brown, white and grey shades it also had like dots and lines of those colors over it. Did you guys discontinue them if not could you give me a link to it. Thank you!

Is the Serasoft pillow you are selling the same one that was purchased years ago at Bed Bath & Beyond? I read that people are complaining about it being too hard. I hope this problem is fixed soon.

No, I bought mine a few months ago and sadly it’s just as everyone else said. Hard and nothing like the old one. I can’t believe I’m this distraught over a pillow but it used to be such a wonderful pillow haha!
