Cozy Delivered by UPS
All levels of shipping are delivered to you by UPS. Orders shipped through Economy level shipping are sometimes transferred to your local USPS for final delivery. You will be able to track all movements of your package through the tracking number sent to you in your Shipping Confirmation Email.

When We Ship Orders
Orders placed by 1:00 pm Eastern time will almost always ship the same day with the exception of the holiday season (November through December). During times where there is a high volume of orders, such as the holiday season, we ship all orders within 2 business days.

Delivery Times by UPS
Delivery times are from date of shipment, not order date. This means if you select 2-day shipping, your package will arrive 2 business days after it ships (3-4 business days from when you place your order).

Follow these easy instructions for washing and you will enjoy years of cozy softness:

For best results, wash separately from other laundry in cold water using your regular detergent. If extra cleaning power is needed, you can use non-chlorine bleach without worry. The spin cycle usually does a great job of getting all of the excess water out of the fabric. You can tumble dry on a low heat setting. Or go old school and hang it up to air dry--they should be ready in no time!

Other things to keep in mind:

High heat and excessive agitation (like spending too long in the dryer) will damage this product and we would hate for that to happen! How do you stay away from these troublemakers? Easy - make sure you avoid overloading the washer or dryer (washing it separately really is best), use the gentle cycle, and avoid using high heat in the washer or dryer. And definitely never iron it!
