Canceling an Order
To change or cancel your order, contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@berkshireblanket.com or 1-800-372-2018 during our working hours 8am-8pm EST, Monday through Saturday.

Since we begin to process, pack, and ship your order as soon as you submit it, sometimes we are unable to cancel your order. We encourage all customers to review their order thoroughly prior to submitting to ensure that it is all correct.


 

To ensure that your Berkshire Blanket & Home Co. product maintains its look and feel, please always follow the washing and care instructions on the packaging/labeling.

We recommend drying them without heat - either on an air-only setting in a machine or by laying them out. They dry more quickly than you'd think, and avoiding heat will generally extend the life of your blanket or throw. Most pillows are spot clean only, and some of our luxury or natural fiber products are dry clean only.

If cared for according to the instructions on the label, your Berkshire items should hold up beautifully for many years!

What if I Want to Return a Berkshire Blanket Purchase?

If you want to return a product that you purchased directly from BerkshireBlanket.com (for reasons other than quality issues) please contact our Customer Care team at 800-372-2018 or use our online form, so we can help you.

For reasons other than quality issues, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping to get the product back to us.

A refund will be applied to the payment method initially used for the purchase after we have received and processed your returned product. The refund amount will be the order total, less shipping. Returns must be received within 3 months of the purchase date so that a refund can be processed.

We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website. If you need to return or exchange a Berkshire item purchased on another website or at one of our retail partners, please contact the store from which it was purchased. We only accept returns from within the United States.
