Return Policy

We carefully test every one of our throws, blankets, pillows, linen sets, and bedding goodies. Please always follow the washing and care instructions on the packaging/labeling to ensure durability and great performance.

We usually recommend drying them without heat - either on an air-only setting in a machine or by laying them out. They dry more quickly than you'd think, and avoiding heat will generally extend the life of your blanket or throw. Most pillows are spot clean only, and some of our luxury or natural fiber products are dry clean only.

If cared for according to the instructions on the label, your Berkshire items should hold up beautifully for many years!

What if I Want to Return a Berkshire Blanket Purchase?

If you want to return a product that you purchased directly from (for reasons other than quality issues) please contact us first via this handy form, or by phone at 1-800-372-2018.

Returns are free, but you will be responsible to pay the return shipping to get the product back to us.

A refund will be applied to the payment method initially used for the purchase, in the merchandise amount only (shipping is not refunded) after we have received and processed your returned product. Returns must be received within 5 months of the purchase date so that a refund can be processed.

NOTE: We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website (if it was bought at a store, from QVC, or on another site we cannot accept it as a return). If you need to return or exchange it based on color, style, or other preferences, please contact the store from which it was purchased. We only accept returns from within the United States.
