Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We only ship within the United States at this time.
Q: What is your wholesale return policy?
A: If you wish to return any portion of your wholesale purchase, you may do so by notifying us within 90 days of purchase. Return shipping is your responsibility and a restocking fee of 20% of the price paid for the returned merchandise will not be credited back.
Q: Can orders be canceled after they are placed?
A: Because we send orders to the warehouse for fulfillment as quickly as possible, turn-around time is excellent (orders usually ship within 1-2 business days). However, it is nearly impossible for you to cancel an order after it has been placed, for this reason. Please note that once your order is placed you will receive it, and will be bound by the wholesale return policy above.
Q: Can I place my order over the phone?
A: All wholesale orders must be placed on our website. They cannot be taken by phone or email.
Q: Is custom packaging available?
A: No. Custom packaging is not available for online wholesale accounts. Packaging of products varies. All products come in poly bags or PVC packages with stick-on labels and an insert. We recommend removing poly bags before displaying at retail, but they protect the product during transit and storage. Underneath the bags, our products are retail-ready and come in innovative packaging that often has a ribbon, insert card, gift box, or other unique elements with terrific shelf appeal.
Q: Do I need to contact you for pre-approval before ordering?
A: Yes. You must be pre-approved as a Berkshire Blanket online wholesale customer before purchasing. Berkshire Blanket may revoke this standing at any time.
Q: Do I need permission before reselling your products?
A: Yes. Please contact us about becoming an official reseller of our products. Reselling without written permission from Berkshire Blanket & Home Co. may result in legal action.
Q: What is the cheapest discount you offer?
A: 50% off regular retail price.
