Every order over $50 ships free by Economy (4-10 days). This applies to your merchandise total, after any discounts have been applied and does not include tax or shipping. Economy shipping is fulfilled by FedEx and delivered to your local USPS facility where it is then delivered directly to your door. The tracking information will be provided in your Ship Confirmation.

Orders placed by 1:00 pm Eastern time will almost always ship the same day. Though we can't guarantee it, we do our best to ship your order within one business day. We only ship to the United States and territories. We don't currently offer international shipping. Please note that large orders (over $500) may incur additional shipping charges. Please describe what each character means on the controls I’m just starting to use this blanket and the Pamphlet does not describe the controls

The red control on the controller highlights the temperature goes from 1 to P. One being the lowest temp to 5 which is the highest setting.  The P means preheat which you use to heat blanket before you get into bed. The green button displays the length of time for heating.  On the back of the controller is an on and off button.

I have had this blanket for 6 months. Month two one of the controllers went out and now the second one isn’t working. Blue light just blinks.  Why?
