Cozy Delivered by UPS
All levels of shipping are delivered to you by UPS. Orders shipped through Economy level shipping are sometimes transferred to your local USPS for final delivery. You will be able to track all movements of your package through the tracking number sent to you in your Shipping Confirmation Email.

When We Ship Orders
Orders placed by 1:00 pm Eastern time will almost always ship the same day with the exception of the holiday season (November through December). During times where there is a high volume of orders, such as the holiday season, we ship all orders within 2 business days.

Delivery Times by UPS
Delivery times are from date of shipment, not order date. This means if you select 2-day shipping, your package will arrive 2 business days after it ships (3-4 business days from when you place your order).

Wash by hand or machine wash using the delicate cycle. Pre-soak for 15 minutes in mild soap and cold water. Machine wash in mild soap and cold water on slow cycle for 2 minutes. Rinse in fresh cold water. To dry, stretch to original size and air/line dry only.
