We accept returns of items purchased directly on berkshireblanket.com within 90 days only. Items retuned must be unwashed and in original packaging. To make a return, please print and complete our return form.

Returns must be received within 90 days of the purchase date so that a refund can be processed.
A refund will be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase after we have received and processed your returned product. We do not offer free returns. The refund amount will be the total of returned items, including tax, less any Berkshire-supplied pre-paid return labels. You can also choose to ship your return on your own dollar instead of receiving a return label that would be deducted from your refund amount.
We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website. If you need to return or exchange a Berkshire Blanket item purchased on another website or at one of our retail partners, please contact the store from which it was purchased.
We only accept returns from within the United States.

QUALITY CLAIM POLICY & PROCESS
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from berkshireblanket.com due to a manufacturing issue, we are happy to resolve the situation within 90 days of your purchase. To initiate a quality claim, please contact our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In your email, please include:
- Your berkshireblanket.com order number
- A written description of the issue you are experiencing
- 2 images:
- An image of the branded tag on the item
- An image of the issue you are experiencing
Our Customer Care Team will work with you to then provide you with a replacement code so you can purchase another item from berkshireblanket.com or refund your purchase. We can only offer refunds on purchases made within 90 days on berkshireblanket.com. If the purchase was made more than 90 days prior to the date that you contacted us about the issue, we will only be able to provide to you a replacement code.
At this time, we cover quality issues only on products that were purchased in the United States and we cannot ship replacement products outside of the United States. Our quality guarantee covers quality issues only, not returns.
