RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully, as it recently changed.
Purchases made on or before 12/31/2025 are subject to our previous 90 day return window.
Purchases made after 12/31/2025 are subject to our new return policy as follows:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase made within 30 days on our website, please follow the instructions below so we can make it right.
- Contact customercare@berkshireblanket.com with your order number, a description of your issue, and reason for wanting to return
- Provide pictures, if possible, to help us better understand your issue
Our team will then review and advise on next steps.
Please note we only accept return requests for purchases made on our website, and within the United States. If you need to return or exchange a Berkshire Blanket item purchased on another website or at one of our retail partners, please contact the store from which it was purchased.

NON-HEATED QUALITY CLAIM PROCESS
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from berkshireblanket.com due to a manufacturing issue, we are happy to resolve the situation within 90 days of your purchase. To initiate a quality claim, please contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@berkshireblanket.com.
- Your berkshireblanket.com order number (starts with BB)
- A written description of the issue you are experiencing
- An image of the branded tag on the item & an image of the issue you are experiencing
Our Customer Care Team will work with you to then provide you with a either a replacement, a code to our website, or a refund. We can only offer refunds on purchases made within 90 days on berkshireblanket.com. If the purchase was made more than 90 days prior to the date that you contacted us about the issue, we will only be able to provide to you a replacement or a code.
At this time, we cover quality issues only on products that were purchased in the United States and we cannot ship replacement products outside of the United States. Our quality guarantee covers quality issues only, not returns.

HEATED QUALITY CLAIM PROCESS
Berkshire offers a 5-Year Limited Warranty for all of our heated products. If you believe you are experiencing a manufacturing defect for a heated product in this time frame, you can start a claim by following the steps below. Any physical damage, alterations to the item, consumer misuse, or improper care will void this warranty.
- Register your heated product here to be eligible.
- Contact customercare@berkshireblanket.com with a description of your issue, images of the blanket laid out flat, cord in its entirety, and the sewn in label.
- Customer care will then review and advise on approval or denial
- If approved, you will be emailed instructions on how to destroy your item to receive a one-time refund.

CANCELATION POLICY
To change or cancel your order, contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@berkshireblanket.com or 1-800-372-2018 during our working hours 9am-6pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Since we begin to process, pack, and ship your order as soon as you submit it, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. We encourage all customers to review their order thoroughly prior to submitting to ensure all information and items are correct.
