Cozy Delivered by UPS
All levels of shipping are delivered to you by UPS. Orders shipped through Economy level shipping are sometimes transferred to your local USPS for final delivery. You will be able to track all movements of your package through the tracking number sent to you in your Shipping Confirmation Email.

When We Ship Orders
Orders placed by 1:00 pm Eastern time will almost always ship the same day with the exception of the holiday season (November through December). During times where there is a high volume of orders, such as the holiday season, we ship all orders within 2 business days.

Delivery Times by UPS
Delivery times are from date of shipment, not order date. This means if you select 2-day shipping, your package will arrive 2 business days after it ships (3-4 business days from when you place your order).

We only ship to the United States and territories. We don't currently offer international shipping.

For best results, machine wash separately in cold water using your usual detergent. Use only non-chlorine bleach as needed. Tumble dry without heat (air cycle only) or line dry. We know you want your blanket back quickly and line drying shouldn't take long at all if you drape it over a chair or drying rack, or hang it on a clothes line.
